Paper replicas of the 1943 copper penny. Due to the war effort, pennies were to be minted in zinc coated steel. A mistake left 40 copper blanks in the mold, making a mint condition 1943 copper penny worth up to $85,000. This sculpture is scattered throughout a studio space or hidden during interactive events and lectures.
