In 1967, my mother-in-law received this box that held a wedding gift. Since then, she had annually used it as wrapping for a Christmas gift with one caveat: you must return the box after receiving your gift.
I waited 365 days to give her a handmade copy of her Christmas box, redrawn from secret cellphone photos I took from the first time I had heard of this homemade tradition.
Christmas Box is screen printed on paper given to me by Paul Mullins on the occasion of our one year wedding anniversary.
